The Divine Guarantees in the Quran

Hadith of the Day is a daily feature highlighting timeless sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the Ahlul-Bayt (pbut), offering insights into faith, ethics, and spirituality for contemporary life.

Hawzah News Agency- Shaikh al-Saduq narrated from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who narrated from Sa’d ibn Abd Allah, from Ahmad ibn Abi Abd Allah al-Barqi, from his father, from Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, from Mu’awiyah ibn Wahb, from Imam Sadiq (pbuh), that he said:

O Mu’awiyah, whoever is given three things is not deprived of three things:

1. Whoever is given supplication is given the answer,

2. Whoever is given gratitude is given an increase,

3. And whoever is given reliance [upon Allah] is given sufficiency.

For indeed, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says in His Book: ‘And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him.’ And He says: ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you.’ And He says: ‘Call upon Me; I will respond to you.’
